Comparison review
Huawei Mate 20 has a general score of 79.5, which is a little bit better than the Xperia 10 II's score of 78.5. Even though the Huawei Mate 20 is a better phone than the Xperia 10 II, we must note that it is also an older, a little thicker and heavier phone. Both devices in this comparison include Android OS (operating system), but the Huawei Mate 20 has the newer 9.0 Pie version while Xperia 10 II has Android 10 version, providing some nice extra features.
The Huawei Mate 20 has a bit sharper display than Xperia 10 II, because although it has a little bit worse pixel count in each display inch and a bit lower resolution of 1080 x 2244px, it also counts with a quite bigger screen. Huawei Mate 20 features just a little better processing power than Xperia 10 II. Both have a Octa-Core processing unit and the same RAM memory amount.
Huawei Mate 20 captures a bit better photos and videos than Xperia 10 II, and although they both have the same (4K) video resolution, a camera with a 12 mega-pixels and the same video frame rate, the Huawei Mate 20 also has a larger camera sensor capturing higher quality pictures and videos and a larger camera aperture to take better low-light photos and videos.
Xperia 10 II has a much bigger memory capacity to install applications and games than Huawei Mate 20, and although they both have the same internal storage, the Xperia 10 II also has a SD memory card expansion slot that supports up to 1000 GB. Huawei Mate 20 counts with a bit longer battery life than Sony Xperia 10 II, because it has a 4000mAh battery size.
