Comparison review
The Huawei nova 5T is just a bit better than the Xperia 10 II, having an 80.8 score against 78.5. The Huawei nova 5T construction is a little thinner but somewhat heavier than the Xperia 10 II, and both were only released 8 months apart. Both of these phones use the same Android 10 OS (Operating System).
Huawei nova 5T has a bit superior processor than Xperia 10 II, and although they both have a Octa-Core processing unit, the Huawei nova 5T also has 2 GB more RAM memory. The Xperia 10 II counts with a bit sharper screen than Huawei nova 5T, because although it has a little smaller display, it also counts with a little higher pixels density and a quite better 1080 x 2520 resolution.
The Xperia 10 II features a lot bigger memory to install games and applications than Huawei nova 5T, and although they both have exactly the same internal memory, the Xperia 10 II also has a slot for an SD memory card that holds up to 1000 GB. Huawei nova 5T has just a bit longer battery lifetime than Sony Xperia 10 II, because it has a 4 percent larger battery capacity.
The Huawei nova 5T captures much better pictures and videos than Xperia 10 II, and although they both have the same video definition and the same 30 fps video frame rates, the Huawei nova 5T also has a camera in the back with much more mega pixels, a way bigger sensor which offers a lot higher photo and video quality and a bigger diafragm aperture to take better low light photos and videos.
