The Sony Xperia 10 II has a global score of 78.5, which is a bit better than the OnePlus 8 UW's 75.9 overall score. The Sony Xperia 10 II design is somewhat lighter but a little bit thicker than the OnePlus 8 UW, and both were released only a couple months apart. Both phones in our current comparison come with the same Android 10 OS (Operating System).
The OnePlus 8 UW has a bit more powerful processor than Xperia 10 II, and although they both have 8 cpu cores, the OnePlus 8 UW also has a higher amount of RAM. OnePlus 8 UW counts with just a bit better looking display than Sony Xperia 10 II, because although it has a little bit lower pixels number per inch in the display and a bit worse 1080 x 2400 resolution, it also counts with a little larger display.
The OnePlus 8 UW has a lot better camera than Xperia 10 II, and although they both have the same 3840x2160 video quality, the OnePlus 8 UW also has a larger camera aperture for better low light photos, faster 60 fps video frame rate, a camera with a much better resolution and a much larger back camera sensor providing a lot higher image quality.
The Xperia 10 II has much more memory for applications, games, photos and videos than OnePlus 8 UW, and although they both have the same internal memory capacity, the Xperia 10 II also has an external SD slot that admits up to 1000 GB. The OnePlus 8 UW counts with improved battery performance than Xperia 10 II, because it has 4300mAh of battery capacity.
