The Sony Xperia 10 II is just a bit better than Galaxy C7, with a 78.5 score against 77.7. Both of these phones work with Android OS, but the Sony Xperia 10 II has the previous 10 version and Galaxy C7 has Android 8.0 Oreo. The Sony Xperia 10 II body is noticeably newer and somewhat lighter, but also somewhat thicker than Galaxy C7.
The Xperia 10 II has a little bit better looking screen than Galaxy C7, because it has a slightly higher 1080 x 2520 resolution, a just a little more pixels per inch of screen and a quite bigger screen. The Galaxy C7 features a CPU that's very similar to the Xperia 10 II one, both of them have a Octa-Core processing unit and 4 GB of RAM memory.
The Sony Xperia 10 II features much more memory to install applications and games than Galaxy C7, because it has 64 GB more internal memory and a slot for SD memory cards that supports up to 1000 GB. The Xperia 10 II has just a little bit longer battery performance than Samsung Galaxy C7, because it has 3600mAh of battery capacity.
The Xperia 10 II takes slightly better videos and photos than Samsung Galaxy C7, because although it has a back facing camera with a much worse resolution and a smaller aperture which is not good for shooting images and/or video in low-light situations, it also counts with a way better 3840x2160 video resolution.
