The Sony Xperia 10 II has a global score of 78.5, which is slightly better than Galaxy S23's 77.9 general score. These phones have Android operating system, but Sony Xperia 10 II has 10 version while Galaxy S23 has Android 13 version. The Xperia 10 II features a much more powerful processor than Samsung Galaxy S23, although it has less RAM memory, they both have a Octa-Core CPU.

The Sony Xperia 10 II counts with a little sharper screen than Galaxy S23, because although it has a little smaller screen, it also counts with a bit higher 1080 x 2520 resolution and a little higher pixels count per inch of screen. Samsung Galaxy S23 takes slightly better photos and videos than Xperia 10 II, because it has a lot higher 50 MP resolution back facing camera, a way larger back camera sensor capturing way higher quality photographs and a larger aperture.
