Xiaomi 12 is a little bit better than the Sony Xperia 10 II, with a 78.8 score against 78.5. Both devices in this comparison review have Android OS (operating system), but Xiaomi 12 has newer 12 version while Sony Xperia 10 II has Android 10, giving some extra features. The Xiaomi 12 construction has the same thickness than Sony Xperia 10 II, but it's heavier.
The Sony Xperia 10 II features a much better performance than Xiaomi 12, although it has less RAM, they both have a Octa-Core processor. Xiaomi 12 features a little more vivid display than Xperia 10 II, because although it has a bit worse resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels and a little worse pixel quantity per inch in the screen, it also counts with a bit larger display.
The Sony Xperia 10 II features a much better memory capacity for applications and games than Xiaomi 12, and although they both have exactly the same 128 GB internal memory, the Sony Xperia 10 II also has an external SD slot that allows up to 1000 GB. Xiaomi 12 counts with longer battery lifetime than Xperia 10 II, because it has a 4500mAh battery capacity instead of 3600mAh.
The Xiaomi 12 captures much clearer pictures and videos than Xperia 10 II, because it has a way higher 7680x4320 video quality, a camera with much more megapixels, a bigger camera aperture and a way bigger camera sensor.
