Comparison review

Xperia 10 II is a little bit better than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9, with a 78.5 score against 76.6. Xperia 10 II's design is a little bit thinner and way lighter than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9, even when both of them were only released with a couple months difference. Both devices in this comparison work with the same Android 10 OS (operating system), so both should count with very similar operating system features.

The Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 features a processor that's very similar to the Sony Xperia 10 II one, and although the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 has less RAM, they both have the same number of cores. The Xperia 10 II counts with a bit more vivid display than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9, because although it has a quite smaller screen, it also counts with a just a little higher pixel number in each screen inch and a quite better 1080 x 2520 resolution.

Xperia 10 II counts with much more storage capacity to store more apps and games than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9, because it has 128 GB internal memory and an external SD slot that admits a maximum of 1000 GB. The Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 has a better camera than Xperia 10 II, and although they both have the same video frame rate and the same (Full HD) video resolution, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 also has a lot larger sensor providing a lot better image quality, a bigger aperture for better low light captures and a back-facing camera with a much higher resolution.
