Comparison review
The Sony Xperia 10 III is a little bit better than the Google Pixel 3a, having a general score of 83.7 against 78.8. Both devices in this comparison review come with the same Android 11 OS (operating system). Although Sony Xperia 10 III is notably newer than Google Pixel 3a, it's just a little thicker and somewhat heavier.
The Xperia 10 III features a bit better performance than Google Pixel 3a, and although they both have a Octa-Core processor, the Xperia 10 III also has a larger amount of RAM memory. Sony Xperia 10 III has just a bit better screen than Google Pixel 3a, because it has a little bigger display, a slightly better resolution of 1080 x 2520 and a little greater pixels quantity in each inch in the display.
The Google Pixel 3a features a slightly better camera than Sony Xperia 10 III, and although they both have the same (4K) video resolution, the same aperture and the same 30 fps video frame rates, the Google Pixel 3a also has a back facing camera with more mega pixels and a larger camera sensor providing a higher image quality.
