Comparison review
The Xperia 10 III is just a bit better than the Huawei Nova 9, having a overall score of 83.7 against 81. Both phones in this review use the same Android 11 OS. Xperia 10 III's body is just a bit thicker but just a little bit lighter than the Huawei Nova 9, and they were released only 4 months apart.
The Sony Xperia 10 III counts with a bit sharper display than Huawei Nova 9, because although it has a little bit smaller screen, it also counts with a slightly better 1080 x 2520 resolution and a little bit better screen pixels density. The Huawei Nova 9 counts with a bit faster processing unit than Xperia 10 III, and although they both have a Octa-Core processing unit, the Huawei Nova 9 also has a greater amount of RAM memory.
The Huawei Nova 9 takes much better photos and videos than Xperia 10 III, because although it has a smaller diafragm aperture which is not recommended for taking photographs or videos in low light situations, and they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video definition and the same video frame rate, the Huawei Nova 9 also counts with a lot higher resolution camera in the back.
Xperia 10 III features a way bigger memory to store more games and applications than Huawei Nova 9, and although they both have equal 128 GB internal memory capacity, the Xperia 10 III also has a slot for an external memory card that allows a maximum of 1 TB. The Sony Xperia 10 III has just a bit better battery lifetime than Huawei Nova 9, because it has 4500mAh of battery capacity.
