Comparison review
Sony Xperia 10 III has an overall score of 83.7, which is just a bit better than the Huawei P40 Lite's overall score of 79.5. Both phones we compare here come with Android OS, but Sony Xperia 10 III has the newer 11 version and Huawei P40 Lite has Android 10, so it gives you a couple nice extra features. Sony Xperia 10 III is a newer cellphone, and it's also a little bit thinner and just a bit lighter than Huawei P40 Lite.
Huawei P40 Lite features a bit faster processing unit than Sony Xperia 10 III. Both of them have 8 cores and 6 GB of RAM. The Xperia 10 III features a bit better looking display than Huawei P40 Lite, because although it has a quite smaller screen, it also counts with a bit higher 1080 x 2520 resolution and a bit greater pixels density.
Huawei P40 Lite takes better photographs and videos than Xperia 10 III, and although they both have the same 1920x1080 (Full HD) video resolution, the same 30 frames per second video frame rate and the same aperture, the Huawei P40 Lite also has a much larger sensor which offers a much better photo and video quality and a back-facing camera with much more megapixels.
Xperia 10 III counts with a very superior storage capacity for apps and games than Huawei P40 Lite, and although they both have exactly the same 128 GB internal storage, the Xperia 10 III also has a SD extension slot that holds up to 1 TB. Sony Xperia 10 III counts with just a little bit longer battery lifetime than Huawei P40 Lite, because it has a 7 percent greater battery capacity.
