Sony Xperia 10 III has an overall score of 83.7, which is just a bit better than the LG Q70's overall score of 77.9. Both of these devices include Android OS, but the Sony Xperia 10 III has the newer 11 version while LG Q70 has Android 10. The Sony Xperia 10 III design is newer and somewhat lighter, but also a little bit thicker than LG Q70.
