Galaxy M33 is just a bit better than Sony Xperia 10 III, with an 86.3 score against 83.7. Both devices in this review include Android OS (operating system), but Galaxy M33 has a newer 12 version and Sony Xperia 10 III has Android 11 version, giving you a couple additional features and performance enhancements. Although it's the best in our current comparison, the Galaxy M33 construction is somewhat heavier and thicker than Sony Xperia 10 III.
The Xperia 10 III features a slightly better looking screen than Galaxy M33, because although it has a little bit smaller screen, it also counts with a quite better resolution of 1080 x 2520 and a little greater screen density. Xperia 10 III counts with a superior storage for games and applications than Samsung Galaxy M33, and although they both have equal 128 GB internal memory capacity, the Xperia 10 III also has a SD memory card expansion slot that allows a maximum of 1 TB.
Samsung Galaxy M33 features a bit superior processing unit than Sony Xperia 10 III. Both of them have 6 GB of RAM and 8 processing cores. The Xperia 10 III takes just a bit better pictures and videos than Samsung Galaxy M33, although it has a camera with lot less megapixels, they both have the same diafragm aperture.
The Samsung Galaxy M33 features a little longer battery life than Xperia 10 III, because it has 5000mAh of battery capacity against 4500mAh.
