Galaxy Note 20 Ultra is better than the Xperia 10 III, having a 98.9 score against 83.7. Galaxy Note 20 Ultra's construction is just a little thinner than Xperia 10 III, but it is somewhat heavier and was released just 10 months before. These phones have Android OS (Operating System), but Galaxy Note 20 Ultra has the newer 13 version while Xperia 10 III has Android 11 version, so it gives a couple additional features and performance optimizations.

Galaxy Note 20 Ultra counts with a little bit better hardware performance than Sony Xperia 10 III, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Galaxy Note 20 Ultra also has a greater amount of RAM memory. The Galaxy Note 20 Ultra features a bit better looking screen than Sony Xperia 10 III, because it has a higher 1440 x 3088 resolution, a larger screen and a just a little greater display density.

Galaxy Note 20 Ultra shoots greater pictures and videos than Sony Xperia 10 III, and although they both have a same size diafragm aperture, the Galaxy Note 20 Ultra also has a much bigger sensor which offers a lot better image and video quality, a lot better 7680x4320 video resolution and a camera in the back with a much better 108 megapixels resolution.

Xperia 10 III features just a bit bigger storage capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than Galaxy Note 20 Ultra, and although they both have equal internal storage, the Xperia 10 III also has a SD memory card expansion slot that supports a maximum of 1 TB. The Galaxy Note 20 Ultra has a battery duration that's just as good as Sony Xperia 10 III's battery life.
