Sony Xperia 10 III is a little bit better than the Samsung Galaxy S25, getting an 83.7 score against 82.6. Both of these phones use Android operating system, but the Sony Xperia 10 III has the previous 11 version while Samsung Galaxy S25 has Android 14. The Sony Xperia 10 III counts with a much better performing CPU than Galaxy S25, although it has 2 GB lesser RAM memory, they both have the same number of cores.

The Samsung Galaxy S25 has a more vivid screen than Sony Xperia 10 III, because although it has a just a little worse pixel count per inch in the display and a little bit worse resolution of 1080 x 2340, it also counts with a quite bigger screen. The Xperia 10 III has a lot bigger storage to install games and applications than Galaxy S25, and although they both have equal internal storage, the Xperia 10 III also has an external SD slot that holds a maximum of 1 TB.

Xperia 10 III counts with a bit superior battery performance than Samsung Galaxy S25, because it has 4500mAh of battery capacity. The Galaxy S25 shoots much clearer photos and videos than Sony Xperia 10 III, and although they both have a F1.8 diafragm aperture, the Galaxy S25 also has a lot bigger sensor providing a lot better image quality, a lot better video quality and a way more mega-pixels back-facing camera.
