The Xperia 10 III has a general score of 83.7, which is a little bit better than the Sony Xperia 10 II's 78.5 score. Even though the Xperia 10 III is newer than Sony Xperia 10 II, it's a little bit thicker and somewhat heavier. These devices use Android OS (Operating System), but Xperia 10 III has a more recent 11 version and Sony Xperia 10 II has Android 10 version, providing a couple nice extra features.

Sony Xperia 10 III has a little bit better processing power than Xperia 10 II, and although they both have 8 processing cores, the Sony Xperia 10 III also has a larger amount of RAM memory. Sony Xperia 10 II has a display that is just as good as the Xperia 10 III one, both have a display of the same size, exactly the same resolution of 1080 x 2520 pixels and a higher pixels amount per display inch.
