The Xperia 10 III is a bit better than Xiaomi Black Shark 2, getting an 83.7 score against 82.3. The Xperia 10 III is a noticeably newer phone, and it's also somewhat lighter and just a little bit thinner than the Xiaomi Black Shark 2. Both phones in this review include Android OS, but Xperia 10 III has a newer 11 version while Xiaomi Black Shark 2 has Android 10, giving lots of additional features.

Xiaomi Black Shark 2 features just a bit better processing power than Xperia 10 III, and although they both have 8 CPU cores, the Xiaomi Black Shark 2 also has a greater amount of RAM memory. Xiaomi Black Shark 2 counts with a little bit better display than Xperia 10 III, because although it has a just a bit lower screen pixels density and a quite lower resolution of 1080 x 2340 pixels, it also counts with a little bit larger screen.

Xiaomi Black Shark 2 counts with a better camera than Sony Xperia 10 III, and although they both have the same video frame rates, the same diafragm aperture and the same (4K) video quality, the Xiaomi Black Shark 2 also has a much higher resolution back-facing camera and a lot bigger sensor taking lot higher quality photos and videos.

The Sony Xperia 10 III features a very superior memory to install games and applications than Xiaomi Black Shark 2, and although they both have exactly the same 128 GB internal storage capacity, the Sony Xperia 10 III also has a SD card slot that holds a maximum of 1 TB. The Xperia 10 III has a little better battery lifetime than Xiaomi Black Shark 2, because it has a 4500mAh battery size.
