Comparison review

Motorola Moto Z3 Play has a score of 76.3, which is a little bit better than the Xperia 10 Plus's overall score of 75.4. The Motorola Moto Z3 Play body is somewhat lighter and somewhat thinner than the Xperia 10 Plus, even when both of them were only released 8 months apart. The Xperia 10 Plus and the Moto Z3 Play feature similar processors, both have 4 GB of RAM memory and the same number of cores.

The Xperia 10 Plus counts with a bit more vivid display than Moto Z3 Play, because it has a quite better resolution of 1080 x 2520px, a just a bit better display density and a quite larger display. Motorola Moto Z3 Play's camera is just as good as the Sony Xperia 10 Plus one, and although the Motorola Moto Z3 Play has a larger back camera sensor capturing higher quality videos and photographs and a bigger aperture for better images and video in low light environments, they both have the same 30 frames per second video frame rates, the same 3840x2160 (4K) video definition and a same resolution back facing camera.

Moto Z3 Play has a way bigger storage capacity to install applications and games than Xperia 10 Plus, and although they both have exactly the same 64 GB internal memory, the Moto Z3 Play also has a SD memory slot that holds a maximum of 1,95 TB. The Motorola Moto Z3 Play counts with a battery life that is very similar to Xperia 10 Plus's battery performance.

Although Moto Z3 Play is a better device, it costs more money than Sony Xperia 10 Plus, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as Sony Xperia 10 Plus. So if you need that extra specs and features, you can buy Moto Z3 Play, but if you don't you can save a couple dollars and buy the Sony Xperia 10 Plus, giving up a couple specifications.
