Comparison review

The Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge is better than Sony Xperia 10 Plus, getting an 85.7 score against 75.4. Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge is an a lot older cellphone than Sony Xperia 10 Plus, but Samsung managed to make it notably lighter and somewhat thinner anyway. The Galaxy S6 Edge features a quite superior processing power than Xperia 10 Plus, because although it has 1 GB less RAM, and they both have a Octa-Core processor, the Galaxy S6 Edge also counts with a 64 bits processor and an extra graphics co-processor.

The Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge features a much more vibrant screen than Xperia 10 Plus, because although it has a lot smaller screen, it also counts with a bit higher 2560 x 1440 resolution and a higher screen pixels density. The Sony Xperia 10 Plus has a quite bigger memory to install applications and games than Galaxy S6 Edge, because although it has less internal storage capacity, it also counts with a SD card slot that supports up to 512 GB.

The Xperia 10 Plus captures better pictures and videos than Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge, because although it has a lower 3840x2160 video definition, a way lower resolution camera in the back and a tinier back-facing camera sensor taking lower quality videos and images, it also counts with a bigger camera aperture to take better photography and video in low-light situations.

Sony Xperia 10 Plus counts with just a bit longer battery duration than Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge, because it has a 15 percent greater battery size.

Although Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than Xperia 10 Plus, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as Xperia 10 Plus. If you are trying to save some money, you can get the Xperia 10 Plus, letting go a few specs and features, but you will get the most with your money.
