The Moto Z2 Play is just a bit better than Xperia 10, getting a 77.4 score against 73.7. Moto Z2 Play's design is lighter and way thinner than Xperia 10, despite of the fact that it was released about 20 months before. Motorola Moto Z2 Play's processing unit is just as good as Xperia 10's processor, and although the Motorola Moto Z2 Play has a larger amount of RAM memory, they both have 8 processing cores.
The Xperia 10 counts with a bit sharper display than Motorola Moto Z2 Play, because it has a slightly better resolution of 1080 x 2520, a little larger display and a little bit better display pixel density. Motorola Moto Z2 Play has a way bigger storage capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Xperia 10, and although they both have equal 64 GB internal memory, the Motorola Moto Z2 Play also has a SD memory card expansion slot that supports a maximum of 1,95 TB.
Moto Z2 Play captures much better photos and videos than Sony Xperia 10, because although it has a lower 3840x2160 (4K) video quality and a back facing camera with a worse 12 mega-pixels resolution, it also counts with a larger diafragm aperture to capture better photography in low-light environments.
Moto Z2 Play has a little longer battery duration than Xperia 10, because it has a 5% larger battery size.
