Comparison review

Sony Xperia 1 is much better than the Xperia 10, with an 82.6 score against 73.7. Although the Sony Xperia 1 and Xperia 10 were released only 3 months apart, the Sony Xperia 1 construction is just a bit thinner but just a bit heavier. The Xperia 1 has a little better performance than Xperia 10, and although they both have 8 CPU cores, the Xperia 1 also has a larger amount of RAM.

The Xperia 1 counts with a better screen than Xperia 10, because it has a quite bigger display, a lot higher resolution of 1644 x 3840 and a higher screen density. Xperia 1 counts with a way better camera than Xperia 10, because although it has a lower video resolution and a back-facing camera with less MP resolution, it also counts with a bigger back camera sensor capturing more light and vivid colors and a larger aperture to capture better photos and videos in low light environments.

The Xperia 1 features much more storage capacity to store more games and applications than Xperia 10, and although they both have a SD memory slot that supports up to 512 GB, the Xperia 1 also has 64 GB more internal storage. Sony Xperia 1 counts with a bit superior battery lifetime than Xperia 10, because it has a 16 percent larger battery size.

Although Sony Xperia 1 is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than the Xperia 10, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as Xperia 10. So if you want that extra specs, you can buy Sony Xperia 1, else you can save some money and buy the Xperia 10, letting go some features and specs.
