Xperia 1 III features a better looking screen than Xperia 10, because it has a little bit larger screen, a greater screen pixels density and a lot better 1644 x 3840 resolution.
Sony Xperia 1 III features just a little better performance than Sony Xperia 10, and although they both have a Octa-Core processing unit, the Sony Xperia 1 III also has 9 GB more RAM memory.
