The Xperia 5 III is way better than the Xperia 10, getting a overall score of 90.5 against 73.7. The Xperia 5 III body is much newer and a bit thinner, but also a little bit heavier than the Xperia 10. The Sony Xperia 5 III features a bit better hardware performance than Xperia 10, and although they both have a Octa-Core CPU, the Sony Xperia 5 III also has more RAM memory.
