Comparison review
The Xperia 5 II has a score of 87.2, which is slightly better than the iPhone 6s Plus's overall score of 84.2. Xperia 5 II is a noticeably newer and somewhat lighter phone than the iPhone 6s Plus, but it's also a little thicker. The Apple iPhone 6s Plus features a bit more powerful processor than Xperia 5 II, because although it has a lower amount of RAM memory and 6 lesser and slower cores, it also counts with a 64-bit processor and an extra graphics co-processor.
Apple iPhone 6s Plus has a much better display than Sony Xperia 5 II, although it has a little bit smaller screen, a little bit less pixels per inch of display and a bit lower 1920 x 1080px resolution. Sony Xperia 5 II counts with much more storage for games and applications than iPhone 6s Plus, and although they both have the same internal memory capacity, the Sony Xperia 5 II also has an external memory slot that admits a maximum of 1000 GB.
The Sony Xperia 5 II shoots much clearer videos and photos than iPhone 6s Plus, and although they both have a back-facing camera with a 12 MP resolution and the same video definition, the Sony Xperia 5 II also has a way larger back camera sensor taking much better quality videos and photographs, faster video frame rate and a lot larger diafragm aperture.
The Xperia 5 II counts with a superior battery performance than iPhone 6s Plus, because it has a 45 percent bigger battery size.
Although Xperia 5 II is a better device, it costs more money than iPhone 6s Plus, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as iPhone 6s Plus. So if you need that extra features and specs, you can buy the Xperia 5 II, but if you don't you can save a couple dollars and get the iPhone 6s Plus, resigning some specifications.
