The Xperia 5 II has a general score of 87.2, which is a bit better than Asus ZenFone 8's 83 general score. The Xperia 5 II construction is somewhat thinner and just a little bit lighter than Asus ZenFone 8, although both of them were only released with a few months difference. The Asus ZenFone 8 counts with a little more vivid screen than Xperia 5 II, although it has a little lower pixel density, a bit worse resolution of 1080 x 2400px and a bit smaller screen.
Xperia 5 II features much more memory to install games and applications than Asus ZenFone 8, and although they both have the same internal storage capacity, the Xperia 5 II also has a SD card slot that allows a maximum of 1000 GB.
