Sony Xperia 5 II takes slightly better pictures and videos than Google Pixel 3a, because although it has a lower video quality and a camera with less mega-pixels, it also counts with a larger aperture to take better low light photos and video and a lot larger sensor which provides a lot better image and video quality.
