Comparison review

Sony Xperia 5 II has an overall score of 87.2, which is much better than Motorola Moto G30's global score of 78.1. Even when Sony Xperia 5 II and Motorola Moto G30 were only released with a couple months difference, Sony Xperia 5 II is somewhat lighter and somewhat thinner. The Sony Xperia 5 II counts with a sharper screen than Moto G30, because although it has a little smaller screen, it also counts with a lot higher resolution of 1080 x 2520 and a lot greater display pixel density.

Xperia 5 II has just a little better performance than Moto G30, and although they both have a Octa-Core CPU, the Xperia 5 II also has more RAM. Motorola Moto G30 captures just a bit better videos and photos than Xperia 5 II, because although it has lower 60 fps video frame rates, and they both have the same (Full HD) video resolution and the same aperture, the Motorola Moto G30 also counts with a lot better 64 megapixels resolution camera in the back.

The Xperia 5 II counts with a slightly better memory for applications and games than Moto G30, and although they both have exactly the same 128 GB internal memory capacity, the Xperia 5 II also has an external memory card slot that holds a maximum of 1000 GB. The Motorola Moto G30 counts with longer battery life than Sony Xperia 5 II, because it has 5000mAh of battery capacity against 4000mAh.
