Comparison review

Xperia 5 II is just a bit better than Motorola One Zoom, having a global score of 87.2 against 80. Xperia 5 II is a newer cellphone, and it's also somewhat lighter and thinner than Motorola One Zoom. The Xperia 5 II has a bit sharper display than Motorola One Zoom, because although it has a bit smaller screen, it also counts with a bit more pixels per inch in the display and a little higher resolution of 1080 x 2520.

The Xperia 5 II counts with a bit better hardware performance than Motorola One Zoom, and although they both have a Octa-Core processing unit, the Xperia 5 II also has a larger amount of RAM. The Motorola One Zoom shoots slightly better pictures and videos than Sony Xperia 5 II, because although it has slower 30 fps video frame rates and a tinier camera sensor which offers a worse image and video quality, and they both have a same size aperture and the same 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution, the Motorola One Zoom also counts with a back camera with much more mega-pixels.

The Sony Xperia 5 II has a lot bigger storage capacity for games and applications than Motorola One Zoom, and although they both have exactly the same 128 GB internal storage, the Sony Xperia 5 II also has a slot for an external memory card that holds up to 1000 GB. Motorola One Zoom counts with a battery lifetime that's just as good as Xperia 5 II's battery life.

Although Sony Xperia 5 II is a better device, it is way more expensive than the Motorola One Zoom, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as Motorola One Zoom. If you want to save some money, you can buy Motorola One Zoom, giving up a couple features, but you will get the most with your money.
