Sony Xperia 5 II has a general score of 87.2, which is a bit better than Galaxy A50's global score of 83.8. Sony Xperia 5 II's body is newer and just a little bit lighter, but just a bit thicker than the Galaxy A50. The Sony Xperia 5 II features a bit superior CPU than Samsung Galaxy A50, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Sony Xperia 5 II also has more RAM memory.
The Xperia 5 II counts with a little more vivid display than Galaxy A50, because although it has a little bit smaller screen, it also counts with a little bit greater screen pixel density and a little higher resolution of 1080 x 2520px. The Xperia 5 II shoots a bit better pictures and videos than Galaxy A50, because although it has a much worse 12 megapixels resolution camera, and they both have a F1.7 aperture, the Xperia 5 II also counts with a way larger sensor which provides a lot higher photo and video quality and a much higher video resolution.
Xperia 5 II has slightly more memory capacity for games and applications than Samsung Galaxy A50, and although they both have the same 128 GB internal storage capacity, the Xperia 5 II also has a SD extension slot that holds up to 1000 GB.
