The Sony Xperia 5 II is a a lot newer phone, and it is also just a bit thinner and just a little lighter than Samsung Galaxy Note4. Xperia 5 II counts with a bit better processor than Samsung Galaxy Note4, and although they both have a Octa-Core CPU, the Xperia 5 II also has more RAM memory.
Galaxy Note4 has a bit better looking screen than Sony Xperia 5 II, because although it has a little smaller display, it also counts with a little bit greater pixels count per inch of display and a slightly better resolution of 1440 x 2560px.
