Comparison review

The Xperia 5 II has a global score of 87.2, which is a bit better than Samsung Galaxy S6 Active's general score of 80.9. Galaxy S6 Active features a much better screen than Sony Xperia 5 II, because although it has a little bit smaller screen, it also counts with a bit higher 2560 x 1440 pixels resolution and a better quantity of pixels per display inch.

The Xperia 5 II features a lot bigger memory to store more apps and games than Galaxy S6 Active, because it has more internal memory capacity. The Galaxy S6 Active counts with just a little better hardware performance than Xperia 5 II, because although it has lesser RAM memory, and they both have the same number of cores, the Galaxy S6 Active also counts with a 64-bit processor and an extra graphics processor.

The Sony Xperia 5 II features just a bit longer battery duration than Galaxy S6 Active, because it has a 4000mAh battery size. Sony Xperia 5 II has a much better camera than Galaxy S6 Active, because although it has a way lower 12 megapixels resolution back-facing camera and a worse 3840x2160 (4K) video quality, it also counts with a lot larger back-facing camera sensor and a larger aperture for better captures in low light situations.

Although Xperia 5 II is a better device, it costs a lot more money than the Samsung Galaxy S6 Active, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as Samsung Galaxy S6 Active. If you are trying to save some dollars, you can buy Samsung Galaxy S6 Active, letting go a couple features, but you'll get the most with your money.
