The Xperia 5 II counts with a bit more powerful processor than Xiaomi Redmi Note 10, and although they both have a Octa-Core CPU, the Xperia 5 II also has more RAM.

Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 features a little sharper display than Sony Xperia 5 II, because although it has a bit lower 1080 x 2400 resolution and a quite lower pixels density, it also counts with a little bigger display. The Xperia 5 II has a much bigger storage to store more games and applications than Xiaomi Redmi Note 10, because it has a SD extension slot that allows a maximum of 1000 GB and 128 GB internal storage.

The Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 features longer battery duration than Xperia 5 II, because it has 5000mAh of battery capacity against 4000mAh. The Sony Xperia 5 II features a bit better camera than Xiaomi Redmi Note 10, because although it has a back facing camera with a lot lower 12 MP resolution, it also counts with a larger diafragm aperture and a bigger camera sensor providing a higher image quality.

Although Sony Xperia 5 II is a better device, it costs a lot more money than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 10, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as Xiaomi Redmi Note 10. So if you need that extra features, you can buy Sony Xperia 5 II, but if you don't you can save some money and get the Xiaomi Redmi Note 10, resigning some specifications.
