The Sony Xperia 5 II is a bit better than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 7, having a score of 87.2 against 80.3. The Sony Xperia 5 II body is newer, just a little thinner and lighter than Xiaomi Redmi Note 7. The Xperia 5 II has a bit better looking display than Xiaomi Redmi Note 7, because although it has a quite smaller screen, it also counts with a little bit greater pixels count per inch in the screen and a slightly better resolution of 1080 x 2520px.
The Sony Xperia 5 II features a bit better processing power than Xiaomi Redmi Note 7, and although they both have 8 cpu cores, the Sony Xperia 5 II also has a greater amount of RAM.
