Comparison review
The Xperia 5 III has a general score of 90.5, which is just a bit better than the Asus ROG Phone 3 Strix Edition's general score of 87.4. The Xperia 5 III body is noticeably lighter and thinner than Asus ROG Phone 3 Strix Edition, although both were only released 9 months apart. Both of these phones have Android operating system, but the Xperia 5 III has newer 11 version and Asus ROG Phone 3 Strix Edition has Android 10, providing a couple nice extra features.
Asus ROG Phone 3 Strix Edition counts with a little faster CPU than Xperia 5 III. Both have 8 GB of RAM memory and 8 CPU cores. The Asus ROG Phone 3 Strix Edition counts with just a bit better screen than Sony Xperia 5 III, because although it has a quite worse pixel density and a little worse 1080 x 2340 resolution, it also counts with a little bit bigger display.

The Xperia 5 III counts with a way bigger storage capacity for apps and games than Asus ROG Phone 3 Strix Edition, and although they both have equal internal storage, the Xperia 5 III also has a slot for SD memory cards that allows a maximum of 1 TB. The Asus ROG Phone 3 Strix Edition features better battery life than Xperia 5 III, because it has 6000mAh of battery capacity.
