Comparison review
The Xperia 5 III has a general score of 90.5, which is a bit better than Asus ZenFone 8's overall score of 83. Xperia 5 III is a a little thinner device than Asus ZenFone 8, but they have the same weight. These phones work with the same Android 11 OS (operating system), so both should give all the same OS features.
The Asus ZenFone 8 and Sony Xperia 5 III have really similar processing units, and although the Asus ZenFone 8 has a lower amount of RAM memory, they both have the same number of cores. The Asus ZenFone 8 has a bit sharper screen than Xperia 5 III, although it has a just a little lower pixel density, a quite smaller display and a bit worse resolution of 1080 x 2400.
The Sony Xperia 5 III features a much greater storage capacity to install games and applications than Asus ZenFone 8, because it has more internal storage and a SD memory slot that admits a maximum of 1 TB.
