Xperia 5 III is better than the Huawei Mate 20 lite, having a score of 90.5 against 76.2. Even though the Xperia 5 III is just a little bit thicker than Huawei Mate 20 lite, it's just a bit lighter and a lot newer. Both of these devices use Android OS (operating system), but Xperia 5 III has the older 11 version and Huawei Mate 20 lite has Android 8.1 Oreo version.
