Comparison review
Xperia 5 III has a general score of 90.5, which is much better than the Huawei P50 Pro's general score of 80. The Xperia 5 III works with Android 11 OS, while Huawei P50 Pro comes with HarmonyOS OS. Xperia 5 III is a a little bit thinner and lighter cellphone than Huawei P50 Pro, although they were only released with a few months difference.
The Huawei P50 Pro's processing unit is just as good as Xperia 5 III's processor, both of them have 8 GB of RAM memory and the same number of cores. Sony Xperia 5 III and Huawei P50 Pro have really similar displays, and although the Huawei P50 Pro has a bit larger screen and a slightly better 1228 x 2700 resolution, they both have the same display density.
Sony Xperia 5 III has a much better camera than Huawei P50 Pro, because although it has a back facing camera with a way worse 12 MP resolution, it also counts with a larger aperture to capture better photos and video in poorly lited environments. Xperia 5 III counts with a much bigger memory for applications, games, photos and videos than Huawei P50 Pro, and although they both have exactly the same internal memory capacity, the Xperia 5 III also has a slot for an SD memory card that allows a maximum of 1 TB.
