Comparison review
The Sony Xperia 5 III has a global score of 90.5, which is much better than Samsung Galaxy A70's 76.9 general score. Sony Xperia 5 III's construction is newer and a bit lighter, but also a little thicker than Samsung Galaxy A70. Both devices in this comparison review include Android OS (operating system), but the Sony Xperia 5 III has a newer 11 version and Samsung Galaxy A70 has Android 10 version, so it gives you some nice extra features and a performance increase.
The Xperia 5 III has a little better processing power than Samsung Galaxy A70, and although they both have 8 CPU cores, the Xperia 5 III also has a greater amount of RAM. Xperia 5 III features a little bit better screen than Galaxy A70, because although it has a quite smaller screen, it also counts with a just a bit greater pixel density and a little higher resolution of 1080 x 2520 pixels.
The Xperia 5 III has a much greater memory capacity to store more games and applications than Galaxy A70, because it has 128 GB more internal memory and an external SD slot that allows a maximum of 1 TB. The Sony Xperia 5 III counts with a way better camera than Galaxy A70, and although they both have the same video resolution and the same camera aperture, the Sony Xperia 5 III also has a much bigger camera sensor taking lot better quality videos and pictures and higher 120 frames per second video frame rate.
Samsung Galaxy A70 has a battery performance that is very similar to the Xperia 5 III one.
