The Xperia 5 III construction is much lighter and thinner than Samsung Galaxy F62, even when both of them were released with only a couple months difference. Both devices in our current comparison work with the same Android 11 OS (Operating System), so you shouldn't perceive any differences in that aspect.
Galaxy F62 counts with a display that's just as good as the display in Xperia 5 III, because although the Galaxy F62 has a just a bit worse quantity of pixels per display inch and a quite lower 1080 x 2400 resolution, it also counts with a little bit bigger screen. Xperia 5 III has a bit faster processor than Galaxy F62, because it has a larger amount of RAM memory and a greater number of faster cores.
