Comparison review
The Xperia 5 III is much better than the Galaxy S8, with a 90.5 score against 81.7. The Xperia 5 III construction is extremely newer than the Galaxy S8's, although it is just a little bit heavier and just a little bit thicker. Sony Xperia 5 III has just a little better performance than Galaxy S8, and although they both have 8 CPU cores, the Sony Xperia 5 III also has 4 GB more RAM memory.
The Galaxy S8 features a little sharper screen than Xperia 5 III, because although it has a little smaller display, it also counts with a better 1440 x 2960 resolution and more pixels per inch of display. The Xperia 5 III takes much better videos and photos than Samsung Galaxy S8, and although they both have a same size camera aperture, a back facing camera with a 12 MP resolution and the same 3840x2160 (4K) video quality, the Xperia 5 III also has a lot bigger camera sensor providing a lot better image quality and faster video frame rate.
The Xperia 5 III counts with much more storage capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Galaxy S8, because it has an external memory card slot that admits a maximum of 1 TB and 256 GB internal memory capacity. Sony Xperia 5 III counts with a much longer battery life than Galaxy S8, because it has 4500mAh of battery capacity.
