Xperia 5 III is slightly better than Sony Xperia 1, having a general score of 90.5 against 82.6. Xperia 5 III is a just a bit lighter cellphone than Sony Xperia 1, but both of them are equally thin. Sony Xperia 1's CPU is very similar to the CPU in Xperia 5 III, and although the Sony Xperia 1 has 2 GB lesser RAM memory, they both have a Octa-Core CPU.

The Xperia 1 has a sharper display than Xperia 5 III, because it has a bit bigger display, more pixels per inch of screen and a way higher 1644 x 3840 resolution.
