Asus ROG Phone 3 is better than the Xperia 5 IV, getting a score of 86.3 against 73.3. Despite being the best phone in this review, the Asus ROG Phone 3 body is thicker and way heavier than the Xperia 5 IV. The Asus ROG Phone 3 counts with a much better looking display than Xperia 5 IV, because although it has a quite lower resolution of 1080 x 2340 and a bit inferior number of pixels per screen inch, it also counts with a little bit bigger screen.
The Asus ROG Phone 3 has an extremely better CPU than Xperia 5 IV, and although they both have a Octa-Core processor, the Asus ROG Phone 3 also has a greater amount of RAM. Xperia 5 IV has a much greater memory capacity for applications and games than Asus ROG Phone 3, and although they both have equal internal memory capacity, the Xperia 5 IV also has an external memory slot that supports up to 1 TB.
Asus ROG Phone 3 features superior battery performance than Sony Xperia 5 IV, because it has a 6000mAh battery capacity. The Asus ROG Phone 3 shoots a lot better photos and videos than Xperia 5 IV, and although they both have a 0.59 inches sensor, the Asus ROG Phone 3 also has a way better 64 mega pixels resolution camera in the back.
