Comparison review
The Galaxy Note 20 Ultra has a score of 98.9, which is much better than Xperia 5 IV's 73.3 general score. Galaxy Note 20 Ultra's body has the same thickness than Xperia 5 IV, but it is heavier. The Galaxy Note 20 Ultra counts with a very superior processing power than Sony Xperia 5 IV, and although they both have a Octa-Core processing unit, the Galaxy Note 20 Ultra also has more RAM memory.
Galaxy Note 20 Ultra features a sharper screen than Sony Xperia 5 IV, because it has a bit larger display, a higher 1440 x 3088px resolution and a bit higher pixels density. The Sony Xperia 5 IV counts with just a bit more storage to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Galaxy Note 20 Ultra, and although they both have exactly the same 128 GB internal memory, the Sony Xperia 5 IV also has a SD extension slot that supports a maximum of 1 TB.
The Xperia 5 IV has just a bit better battery lifetime than Galaxy Note 20 Ultra, because it has 5000mAh of battery capacity instead of 4500mAh.
