Comparison review

Galaxy S III mini is a bit better than Xperia C, getting a 60.9 score against 57.5. These phones include Android operating system, but Galaxy S III mini has the older 4.1.2 version while Xperia C has Android 4.2.2 version. The Galaxy S III mini design is thicker but notably lighter than the Xperia C.

Samsung Galaxy S III mini features a display that is very similar to Sony Xperia C's display, because although the Samsung Galaxy S III mini has a lot smaller screen and a quite lower resolution of 800 x 480 pixels, it also counts with a just a bit higher pixel density. The Galaxy S III mini has a much bigger storage capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Sony Xperia C, and although they both have an external memory card slot that supports a maximum of 32 GB, the Galaxy S III mini also has 16 GB internal memory.

Sony Xperia C has a bit superior processing unit than Samsung Galaxy S III mini, and although they both have the same RAM amount, the Sony Xperia C also has a greater number of cores and a faster 384 megahertz GPU. The Xperia C counts with a much longer battery duration than Galaxy S III mini, because it has a 2390mAh battery capacity instead of 1500mAh.

The Galaxy S III mini captures clearer photos and videos than Xperia C, although it has a lot lower 1280x720 (HD) video quality and a camera in the back with much less MP resolution.

Even being the best phone in our comparison, Galaxy S III mini is also cheaper than the Xperia C, which makes it an easy decision.
