Galaxy S III is a little bit better than Sony Xperia C4, getting a score of 70 against 66.2. Both devices in this comparison review work with Android operating system, but Galaxy S III has the previous 4.3 version while Sony Xperia C4 has Android 5.0. Despite of the fact the Galaxy S III is extremely older and just a little thicker than Sony Xperia C4, it's construction is still just a little lighter.
The Galaxy S III counts with a bit superior processor than Sony Xperia C4, and although they both have 2 GB of RAM memory, the Galaxy S III also has an extra graphics co-processor and a larger number of cores. Sony Xperia C4 features a little more vivid screen than Galaxy S III, because it has a greater pixel quantity in each inch in the screen, a bit larger screen and a much better resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels.
The Galaxy S III counts with a much better camera than Xperia C4, although it has a worse video quality and a lot less mega-pixels back facing camera. The Xperia C4 features a slightly better memory to install applications and games than Galaxy S III, and although they both have exactly the same 16 GB internal storage, the Xperia C4 also has a SD extension slot that supports a maximum of 128 GB.
Xperia C4 has improved battery duration than Samsung Galaxy S III, because it has a 24% greater battery capacity.
The Galaxy S III is not only the best phones in our comparison, but it's also by far the cheapest one, which makes it a great choice.
