Samsung Galaxy Note Edge has a general score of 81.7, which is much better than Sony Xperia E4g's 65.7 overall score. Both of these devices use Android operating system, but the Samsung Galaxy Note Edge has 5.0 version and Sony Xperia E4g has Android 4.4.4 version.
