Samsung Galaxy S4's camera is very similar to the Sony Xperia L2 one, and although the Samsung Galaxy S4 has a tinier camera aperture which is not recommended for taking photographs in low light environments, they both have the same 1920x1080 video quality, the same video frame rates, a back-facing camera with a 13 megapixels resolution and a same size camera sensor.

Samsung Galaxy S4 not only is the best phones of the ones we are comparing, but it's also by far the cheapest, which makes it an easy decision.
