Both devices in this comparison come with the same Android 9.0 Pie OS (Operating System), so both of them should offer all the same OS features.
The Huawei Mate X has a better screen than Sony Xperia L4, because it has a way higher 2200 x 2480 resolution, a larger display and a higher pixels amount per inch in the display.
