Huawei P40 has an overall score of 86.4, which is way better than the Xperia L4's overall score of 71.8. Both devices in this comparison come with Android OS (operating system), but Huawei P40 has older 10 version while Xperia L4 has Android 9.0 Pie version. Huawei P40 is a a bit thinner and just a little lighter phone than Xperia L4, although they were only released 1 months apart.
Huawei P40 counts with a bit better processing power than Sony Xperia L4, and although they both have a Octa-Core processor, the Huawei P40 also has a higher amount of RAM memory.
