The Motorola Moto G84 is much better than the Xperia L4, having an 80.9 score against 71.8. Both devices in this review come with Android OS (operating system), but the Motorola Moto G84 has older 13 version and Xperia L4 has Android 9.0 Pie version. Motorola Moto G84 is a notably newer phone, and it's also lighter and thinner than Xperia L4.

Sony Xperia L4 counts with a much faster processing unit than Motorola Moto G84, although it has 9 GB less RAM memory, they both have the same number of cores. Motorola Moto G84 has a much sharper display than Sony Xperia L4, because it has a little larger display, a greater pixels quantity in each inch in the display and a lot higher resolution of 1080 x 2400.
