Samsung Galaxy Note5 is better than Sony Xperia L4, getting a score of 80.2 against 71.8. The Samsung Galaxy Note5 body is just a little bit lighter and thinner than Sony Xperia L4, despite of the fact that it was released many years before. The Samsung Galaxy Note5 has a much better display than Xperia L4, because although it has a little smaller screen, it also counts with much more pixels per screen inch and a much better resolution of 1440 x 2560.
The Samsung Galaxy Note5 features a bit better hardware performance than Xperia L4, and although they both have 8 cores, the Samsung Galaxy Note5 also has a higher amount of RAM memory. Galaxy Note5 captures way better videos and photos than Sony Xperia L4, because it has a bigger back camera sensor which gives a better photo and video quality, a much better video quality, a higher 16 megapixels resolution back facing camera and a larger diafragm aperture to capture better low light photos and videos.
The Xperia L4 has a way bigger memory for games and applications than Galaxy Note5, and although they both have the same 64 GB internal memory, the Xperia L4 also has a slot for an external memory card that supports a maximum of 512 GB. Sony Xperia L4 features longer battery duration than Galaxy Note5, because it has a 19% greater battery capacity.
